Each account requires:

  • Emergency Contact Information
  • Current Year Pool Waiver to be completed before the season
  • Photo for all adults on the account

Great question!

Every Greenhill Crossing homeowner and resident must complete the pool pass application to receive access to the pool.

After you submit your application, Kelsey Shalaby with Sequoia Management will review it to ensure all required information has been provided, including a completed current year’s pool waiver, member photos, dates of birth, emergency contact information, and, for tenants, a valid lease. This process may take up to 3 business days.

You can check the status of your application by:

  1. Log in to your pool account.
  2. Click Manage Account at the top of the page.
  3. View your Account Type and Account Status.
  • If your Account Type says Waitlist, your application has not yet been reviewed.
  • Once your application is approved, your Account Type will change to Homeowner or Renter.
  • Your Account Status will display Unpaid until your application has been reviewed. This does not mean you owe money—it simply means your application is still pending review.

If your application cannot be approved, Kelsey will contact you using the email address associated with your pool account to explain what information is missing or what needs to be corrected.

Please note that if your homeowner account is not current on assessments, your pool account cannot be approved until the account has been brought current.

If you have any additional questions, please contact Kelsey Shalaby at Sequoia Management.

Simply provide the lifeguard with your name and address. The lifeguards will verify your account and check you in—it’s that simple!

Each account is provided with 8 complimentary guest passes. If additional passes are needed, they may be purchased through your account.

Guest passes must be purchased through your account only (no purchases at the front desk). To do so:

  • Log into your account
  • Click on “Payments”
  • Select “Make a Payment”
  • Purchase guest passes (individual or bulk)

Once purchased, guest passes will automatically be added to your account and can be redeemed at the front desk.

Guests are permitted to use the pool only when accompanied by a registered owner or renter. All guests must be escorted by a resident who is at least 18 years of age and has a valid facility pass. Guests will not be admitted without such an escort, and the conduct of guests is the responsibility of the escort.

The number of guests is limited to four (4) per household at any given time.

Exceptions to the four (4) guest limit may be approved by the Board on a case-by-case basis. Requests may be submitted via email to [email protected].

Each account is provided with 8 complimentary guest passes. Additional guest passes may be purchased in advance for $3 per pass.

Click on the “Current Residents: Manage Account” button. Your login is your email address, and you have the ability to retrieve your login information or reset your password from this screen.

Homeowner accounts automatically roll over each year; however, tenants must create a new account annually and submit a valid lease, even if they are returning residents.

Welcome! First start by filling out an application by going to New Residents Application. Complete all member registrations, emergency contact information, and upload photos for all adult household members. Your account will be considered approved once the status reflects “Paid.”
