Add all household members to the account
Upload a current photo for each household member

Once these steps are complete, our management company, Sequoia, will review your application to confirm that all information has been submitted, all rules are accepted, and there are no outstanding dues or fines. This review may take up to 5 business days.

Note: Your account will display as UNPAID while under review.

If your application is denied, you will receive a separate notice with further details.
